Kitty isn't better after all, she's back at the vet again today. We knew she was out of it last night because of the drugs she was given at the vet's office when she had her procedures done. However, this morning she still hadn't gotten back to normal. She wasn't interested in her food or water, and by lunchtime she hadn't moved from the general area she was in when we went to bed last night. When I told the vet's office this they told me I should probably bring her back to them.
They said they were going try to get her to eat and give her some antibiotics and see where things went from there. So far they say she hasn't made any improvement.
Wonderful.
We love our pets, but there comes a point where you have to draw a line. I hope Kitty starts to bounce back pretty quickly, because she's starting to approach her line.
Poor kitty. I'm keeping her in my thoughts.
